- Implemented a national operational audit programme for a multi-contract third party drinks distributor, that had stockloss figures of around £4m per year for all customers - within 2 years stocklosses had reduced by 70% per annum

- Worked with a brand new tyre wholesale business from inception in 2014, and implemented/managed all key Supply Chain processes. Worked closely with all key suppliers and helped our client achieve consistent turnover and profit increases over 4 years, with turnover at £9m by Year 4

- Fixed three month contract with a food manufacturer to optimise and re-implement an under-performing Demand Planning package. Scoped the new role of Demand Planning Manager for the business, and implemented a full S&OP process linking Forecasting, Purchasing, Production Planning, Sales and Marketing and clearly defining the responsibilities of each to the plan
