As we focus on specific Supply Chain roles, our candidate pool is generally smaller than that with which a lot of recruitment companies operate with, but this subsequently enables us to spend more time working closely with and developing each of our Supply Chain candidates

Candidate Services

In addition to our standard recruitment service to our candidates, we also offer;

• CV Review packages ranging from advisory service (small changes to an existing CV document) to a full CV creation or overhaul. Our general review service is free of charge, however, we do charge a small fee for CV creation or major overhaul
• Interview and assessment training - utilising our experience of interviewing as actual managers or assisting our clients with interviews and assessment days, which we do on a regular basis
• Financial review - with ever changing rules on company pensions and pension transfer/withdrawal, we work in partnership with financial advisers who are also fully qualified G60 pension specialists.  Many candidates are in a transitional phase of their career, and require visibility of their exact position regarding salary/benefits i.e. company benefits from previous employees and how these are performing
