Our client, an automotive wholesaler based in Markfield, Leicestershire, requires an experienced administrator to coordinate a number of the main office requirements. This will require versatility in terms of being able to carry out varied tasks, and work on own initiative in a fast paced central office
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
- Processing sales orders from order receipt, through to pick note generation and final invoice generation
- Coordinate daily delivery schedules with the transport team
- Main Customer Services contact for all customer queries
- Prepare and manage key business documentation
- Generate purchase orders with overseas suppliers
- Manage key shipping documentation and regularly review the logistical plan with the shipping agent
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Experience of working in an administrative role, ideally across order generation and with experience of invoice management
- Able to work on own initiative as part of a small but dynamic team
- Good organisational skills
- Experience of working in a fast moving environment
- Shipping process experience beneficial, although not essential
- Financial administration experience
This will be a full time role and 100% office based on site.
